Ritesh has a wealth of experience from a strong background in Aviation Security. He has been involved in small, medium and large aviation industry projects since starting in 1997 at Heathrow airport in aviation security. A true leader – Leads by example, motivates others, makes decisions, initiates action and takes responsibility. He fosters team/individual performance, achieves results, set targets and review against them. Ritesh is always committed to providing the highest level of customer service and loves to help clients to find the right strategy to cut cost. As a qualified Aviation security trainer Ritesh was involved in designing to provide training with well known institutes and companies in the industry with the likes of DfT, City & Guilds, Renful Premier Technologies, Dubai Police and Shield Security Services. As an avid entrepreneur he has an ability to keep going in the face of hardship with intrinsic skills of time management, passion and strategy planning.
